This deliverable presents the key aspects of the Multi-Str3am project relative to its organization, procedures and governance. It is divided in 5 main parts and annexes at the end. It intends to be a simple and practical guide to support project partners in the successful execution of the project tasks.
This document will serve as a guide to quality assessment between the partners as well as involvement of the Advisory Board. It includes a “risk register” template, which will be continuously updated by the PMO and Steering Committee (SC), as well as a presentation of the control mechanisms at the consortium level to guarantee quality of work delivery and sound risk management. Given the new reality of the pandemic, a “COVID-19 internal operational impact” template was also created to follow-up how the measures of distancing needed to prevent the spread of the virus may impact laboratory and industrial facilities activities, causing delay on tasks and deliveries. The aim of this log template is to document day a day all partners situation and foresee any action that might mitigate possible negative impacts.
This report describes the approach taken to knowledge management by the MULTI-STR3AM consortium and provides a Data Management Plan (DMP) to be followed throughout the project.
This document features the preliminary dissemination plan of the MULTI-STR3AM project. The goal of the dissemination plan is to set a strategic direction to promote and disseminate the project’s results and best practices developed along the value chain as well as boost the project findings and their replicability in order to be a successful example of MULTI-STR3AM biorefinery concept.
This document features the preliminary strategic communication plan of the MULTI-STR3AM project. The goal is to define the target audiences, key messages, communication channels and implementation plan of the communication activities, based on a thorough stakeholder analysis.
This document features the communication materials package of the MULTI-STR3AM project, including logo, visual identity, communication templates, flyers, banners, among others. This delivery regards the project website, representing a “live” document, online, which will be constantly updated with information regarding the project and related topics provided by all partners.
This deliverable refers to all knowledge-sharing events, such as networking events, industry salons and conferences, for year 1, to disseminate results and gain relevant knowledge. The first year (M1-M12) was defined as an initial awareness phase. The main objective was to achieve initial visibility, mostly through communication activities.
Although the pandemic restricted any face-to-face meeting and events, the consortium was able to take part in 26 dissemination and communication activities.
This delivery corresponds to the annual press release comprising achievements in the project during year 1 (May 2020, April 2021).
This document presents a comprehensive compilation and systematization of the existing European regulatory landscape applicable to the area of microalgae production and biorefinery. It clarifies the different levels of enforcement of the described regulatory landscape, which includes Regulations, Directives, Decisions, Recommendations, Opinions. When considered relevant it includes international standards, guides and certification schemes for microalgae and microalgae products. The applicability of this document is not limited to microalgae, encompassing also cyanobacteria and labyrinthulomycetes, and targets the fields of food ingredients, feed ingredients and home and personal care products.
Depending on the field of applications and/or the end-product or ingredient of interest, this report describes the decision on the selection of documents to guides its user through and to relevant information to ensure a correct compliance with the requirements of the competent authorities and the needs of the market and the consumer.
This deliverable refers to all knowledge-sharing events, such as networking events, industry salons and conferences, for year 2, to disseminate results and gain relevant knowledge.
This deliverable is an update of the dissemination plan and features the revisions made to boost and increase the dissemination activities of the project.
This deliverable is an update of the communication plan of MULTI-STR3AM project. The goal of the update is to evaluate the first results of the communication activities and to ensure the maximisation of the impact of the MULTI-STR3AM communication. For that, the definition of the target audiences, key messages, communication channels and implementation plan of the communication activities was revised. Additionally, the evaluation metrics were updated and adjusted in order to better evaluate these activities and ensure the boost of the project’s communication.
This delivery correponds to the annual press release comprising achievemments in the project during year 2 (May 2021, April 2022).
